New year brings new name, new customers, new capabilities

WOW! What a year 2016 was, and what a year 2017 is shaping up to be! We’re sure many of you can relate when we say that we’ve been working around the clock. With offices in the Netherlands and on both coasts of the U.S. – and customers in many different countries – it’s true that SOMEONE is always “on,” making FMP360 better, faster, and more responsive. New customer moves from paper-based system to FMP360 Online 

 

  

Before implementing FMP360 Online, Spijker & van Ouwerkerk, a manufacturer of upscale swimming pools, saunas and whirlpools, was a paper-based operation. In January 2017, the company launched FMP360 Online to streamline its service and maintenance activities and now works with a digital planning board, giving it a real-time overview of scheduled jobs and providing a better understanding of the actual duration of service issues and maintenance tasks. Gomocha will Focus Solely on FMP360


The name Gomocha is derived from the words go, mobile and change – all hallmarks of FMP360, the dynamic, multi-dimensional field service solution that, as many of you know, can be changed with ease (no coding necessary!), in response to customers’ diverse and ever-evolving needs.
