Fri-Jado Super Services Implements FMP360

Crew Assist

Most Field Service Solutions dispatch orders to one technician at a time. With “Crew Assist,” companies can dispatch multiple orders to a team. 

With Crew Assist, when dispatching multiple orders to a team, team members are able to pick an order from a list and start that order. Other team members will be informed who is executing which order. An order that’s executed by a team member can’t be executed by other team members.
